Wow, Gail! You went and bought the whole hog at the tea shop! Now make sure you "season" your iron tea pot and cups so they weather and wear properly. Also, if you make a big pot of tea, you must pour out the tea and wash the pot each night, so your tea pot remains in good shape. If you make too much tea, just pour it into a container for iced tea for later. Looks like you bought tea in quantity too. Enjoy all the fabulous benefits :o)
Love, love, love the teapot. A cup of tea is such a calming, soothing, inviting experience. It is just beautiful, enjoy. Thanks to Val for inviting us into the experience.
Miss all you girls, love you dearly, having fun, but will be glad to be home!
Such a great color...can't imagine how hard it was to choose among all the pots! I walked in and stood in the middle of the store taking in the colors and aromas while sampling some of the most delicious tea I have ever tasted - aside from our fav crack tea that is! Bought some tins at IKEA and am going back as soon as I get back from Chicago to sample even more!
Oh Gail, how lovely your tea pot and accessories are. They look so inviting! Thank you for sharing it with us.
